A growing Christian-owned technology company is seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Staff Engineer / Technical Lead to help drive the next phase of its software platform and engineering organization.

This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who enjoys building software, mentoring engineers, and influencing architectural decisions. You'll play a key role in modernizing existing systems, establishing engineering best practices, and helping shape the future direction of a mission-driven technology company.

This is not a people-management-heavy role. We are looking for someone who still enjoys writing code, solving complex technical problems, and leading through technical excellence and influence.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop modern software solutions using C# and .NET

• Lead architecture and modernization initiatives across existing applications and services

• Build and enhance scalable APIs, integrations, and cloud-native applications

• Partner with engineering leadership to establish technical standards and best practices

• Mentor and support other developers through code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical guidance

• Help drive long-term platform scalability, maintainability, and performance

• Contribute directly to the codebase while serving as a trusted technical leader
