We're a fast-moving startup in the industrial space looking for a User Interface Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll craft intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. As an early member of the product team, you'll work closely with our founders and development team to transform complex requirements into elegant design solutions and participate in the whole product development process from user research to implementation. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to think creatively while maintaining consistency across digital products.

• Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and usability across all touchpoints

• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design concepts clearly

• Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate the whole process of design from requirements gathering to implementation

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI design work and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions

• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
