Full-Stack Software Engineering InternSamwise

We're a fast-moving startup in the industrial safety space seeking a motivated Full Stack Software Engineering Intern for Summer 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience building real features for a production web application using modern technologies. As an intern working closely with our engineering team and founders, you'll contribute to meaningful projects, learn industry best practices, and gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle in a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment.

• Develop features for our web application using TypeScript, Vue.js, and AWS technologies under mentorship from senior engineers

• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to implement user-facing features and backend functionality

• Participate in code reviews and learn best practices for writing clean, maintainable code

• Contribute to API integrations and database design using PostgreSQL

• Work on real projects that impact industrial facilities' safety compliance processes

• Foundational knowledge of web development concepts and at least one programming language

• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript (coursework or personal projects)

• Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative on projects

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React, or similar)

• Exposure to backend development or API design

• Familiarity with AWS, databases (PostgreSQL), or cloud technologies

• Personal projects or coursework involving full stack development
