Job Summary

The Support Specialist plays a key role on the Customer Support Team by providing helpful, timely, and friendly support to our customers. This includes responding to live chat messages and guiding customers through using our software effectively. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who takes genuine satisfaction in helping others and reliably sees tasks through to complete, well-executed solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Respond promptly and helpfully to customer messages through our live chat platform (Intercom)

  2. Creating Help Center support articles and support YouTube videos

  3. As needed: Conducting demos of our software with new clients

Qualifications
  • Clear, empathetic, and professional communicator—especially important for live chat and phone support

  • Able to screen share, download/upload files, and walk customers through setup processes remotely

  • A natural helper who enjoys solving problems for others

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with consignment stores, retail systems, or POS software

  • Understanding of CSV files, basic data formatting, and bulk import/export concepts
