Land Surveying Field/Office tech- Entry LevelTerramark Inc
Terramark Inc. is a Land Surveying Company that specializes in ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys and boundary surveys.
You will be trained to operate robotic total stations, GPS, and work with UAVs. We will also train you on AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other computer/desk work.
This position requires you to travel overnight 3-4 nights a week. It is imperative to have a strong work ethic, self-governance, and the ability to work outside for long hours, in all weather.
Most of your time will be spent gathering data with the total station, monument searching, taking site pictures, driving, and site updates.
We operate all over the western states, so the ability/desire to travel and be gone overnight is a must.
In the office, you will be drafting with the data that you have gathered, as well as maintaining vehicles and equipment.
Land Surveying incorporates history, law, and technical reading/writing, tech/math, clean handwriting, the humility to love bad weather, the love of starting work when the sun comes, working till the sun goes down, and exploring God’s green earth.

Schedule: Full-time (40hr), plus Overtime. Sat and Sunday off.

Work Location: In person from Moscow, Idaho
This field/office position will involve travel to various sites in the western states(OR, WA, ID, MT, UT, NV, CA, & HI- sometimes AK), performing land surveys using robotic total stations, GPS, and UAVs. Office work will involve the compilation of the fieldwork to produce maps using Autocad Civil3D.
