Outside Sales/Business Development Consultant Fisher Systems Inc.

We are growing our design consulting / system design services vertical nationally and are seeking an experienced Outside Sales/Business Development Consultant to do the job. The right candidate must have a proven track record in technical or B2B sales, with the ability to independently build pipelines and develop lasting client relationships. The right candidate will have strong attention to detail, be flexible and teachable, and have a strong sense of candor.

Location: Lewiston, ID
We are open to hybrid candidates in the greater northern Idaho area with minimum 2-3 days/week in-office (Tuesdays mandatory for EOS meetings). Remote-only is not an option.

Compensation:

• This is a base + commission role. Starting base is around $35k

• Commission is performance-based on net profitability, not gross.

• Commission tiers start after 15% net margin; can scale up to ~10% of net.

• High performers can realistically earn $85k-$120k+ annually once established.

• Building and scaling this national vertical long-term.

• Taking ownership and having a intrapreneurial mindset, not needing micromanagement.

• Building a pipeline and generating leads, as well as building lasting relationships with clients.

• Cold-calls, follow-ups, and meetings on the shop level and the executive level.

• Proven experience and success in technical, consulting, or B2B sales.
