Executive Assistant to the Development DirectorAssociation of Classical Christian Schools
ACCS is seeking a do-er and relational communicator who loves organizing parallel short, medium, and long-term projects and will not let a key connection drop. This position is based in our Development Office and will be responsible for donor communications, our Corporate Partners program, the annual Battle for the American School event, and year-round fundraising campaigns.
Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising campaigns across multiple channels to meet annual revenue goals
Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners through regular communication and engagement activities
Coordinate fundraising events from planning through execution, including logistics, volunteer management, and post-event follow-up
Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Highly organized administrator able to maintain project momentum and initiatives running smoothly
Passion for our mission and commitment to advancing our organizational goals through strategic fundraising efforts

The Association of Classical & Christian Schools (ACCS) is a U.S. nonprofit association organized to promote, establish, and equip member schools that are committed to a classical approach and the Christian paideia. Founded in 1994, the ACCS now represents over 500 member and accredited schools. ACCS has formed a joint initiative with Concordis Education Partners, Turning Point Education, the Heritage Foundation, and the St. John Henry Newman Institute to grow Classical Christian schools by 1.5 million students over the next decade.
