We're looking for someone with 10+ years of experience with radar systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land-based radar systems, a deep understanding of related technologies, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. This role involves technical analysis and system architecture development, offering creative freedom and challenging opportunities.

• Perform technical analysis of radar system architectures and RF hardware solutions

• Develop and integrate radar systems, including phased array solutions and electronic protection

• Analyze and implement radar signal processing techniques and digital waveform generation

• Demonstrated proficiency in probability and statistics, as well as communication theory

• Proven systems engineering capability, including architecture development, requirements analysis, analytical modeling, design, development, integration, and testing

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
